V&V DESIGN VISTA, LLC offers its customers services including art and photo printing on canvas, image customization, and laser engraving on a variety of materials for creating personalized gifts and special projects as per customer specifications. By placing an order on our platform, the customer confirms they have reviewed and accepted the description of the products or services offered and understand the features and limitations inherent in customization and engraving processes.

Our refund and return policy allows for product returns and refunds only in cases where the product arrives damaged. To request a refund, the customer must provide proof of damage, such as photographs of the damaged product, to vdesignvista@gmail.com within 30 business days from the date of product receipt. The product must be returned in its original packaging, and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. Once we receive the returned product and verify the damage, we will proceed to refund both the cost of the product and the shipping costs related to the return.

There are no specific restrictions on the use of our products beyond those implied by their intended use. We do not prohibit the resale of our products, nor do we limit their use for commercial purposes, provided the customer complies with local and international laws. Furthermore, we do not offer subscription services or recurring payments on our platform; therefore, all payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
